Certainly! We actually prefer students to come in groups with their friends, this helps avoid personality and lifestyle conflicts that can occur with random placement of students. Bring all your friends!

After we receive your application and you're approved we will contact you and make arrangements via fax, email, or when you're in town to finalize your contract and answer any questions you have.

We fill apartments on a first come first serve basis and can generally assign you an apartment number when we finalize your contract. This information is necessary for your to arrange for your utilities and mail.
