Room Rates for 2010 - 2011 school year are as follows:
Shared - $850 Per Semester
Private(Lower Unit) - $1050 Per Semester
Private - $1250 Per Semester
Security & Cleaning deposit $300
Please note! Tenants are responsible for paying their own Gas & Power bills, these utilities must be switched into your names before keys will be issued.
